WHO IS YOUR IDEAL CLIENT?
Organizations/Individuals that want to improve their results
HOW DID YOU GET STARTED IN YOUR FIELD OF WORK?
I have been in the education field for 25 years as both a teacher and an administrator. During this time I observed organizations that adopted and implemented research based practices and materials with often minimal results. I wondered and contemplated why some organizations were successful and others were not.
I conducted a research study which resulted in the identification of key factors that successful organizations and individuals use on a daily basis. I have developed a model, which is the basis of my upcoming book, Environments of Success. I work with organizations and individuals to implement these Environments so they can meet and exceed any goal they set.
WHAT IS SOMETHING THAT PEOPLE think THEY KNOW ABOUT YOUR JOB?
People often think that a consultant brings in a set "toolbox" of resources and materials that is used with every client. In reality, I cater my services to the needs of the client by using a variety of different tools and techniques depending upon the needs, goals, and desired outcomes of the client. I also continually learn and develop new resources that benefits the organizations I work with.
NAME ONE THING YOU WISH PEOPLE KNEW ABOUT YOUR JOB?
I wish people knew that I am 100% committed to their success. When I partner with them to achieve their goals, I wish they knew and believed that success will occur if they implement the key principles in Environments of Success.
WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT YOUR JOB?
I love helping other people attain their dreams and goals. Nothing is more satisfying to see the excitement of clients when what they didn't think was possible actually became a reality.
WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO SOMEONE STARTING OUT IN YOUR INDUSTRY?
If you are passionate about what you want to do, don't give up. Keep believing and taking action steps and your dreams will become a reality.
WHAT IS THE ONE BOOK YOU THINK I SHOULD READ RIGHT NOW?
The 5 Second Rule by Mel Robbins. Great book about pushing yourself to do the things you don't "feel" like doing.
