I love when families come back to see me for their next family portrait or when their kids are older and the time has come for senior photos. It is a little shocking when so much time has gone by and suddenly you’re looking across at a grown kid, a young adult, really, a totally different person.

I love and hate it, that unrelenting passing of time.

This was the situation with Connor. Once a little boy, now practically a full-fledged adult.
