Tosa West class of 2019 | Sam Baierl

Congratulations to Sam Baierl as he graduates from Wauwatosa West High School!

I can see a future in leadership or politics with Sam. Not only is he a smart kid, he is the first ever student representative on Wauwatosa School Board! Maybe I unknowingly took senior portraits for our future governor? Hmm…

Sam wasn’t too sure about the whole senior photo thing, but we ended up having a blast. We may have had a little too much fun. See: Sam with trash cans. See me being relieved: Sam’s mom has a good sense of humor. (PHEW.)

You don’t need to be an experienced fashion model to have a successful portrait session. Sam is an athlete and a scholar and had never thought twice about “posing”, his “good side” or even “what do I do with my hands”.

All these questions and more are addressed hands on (lol) during your session. When you hire me, I consider this part of my job. I will coach, guide and tutor you as we go through your session. The best part (read: most entertaining) is that I usually try to mirror my subject so they can see what I want them to do. So many times I’ll be holding the camera with a hand on my hip, foot up on a wall and huge smile on my face. If it helps, why not?

Check out Sam’s photos and notice all the different looks - he makes it look so easy, doesn’t he? And if you ask him, I’ll bet he says it WAS easy. (whispers: Thanks Sam, I’ll pay you later.)

Congrats Sam! I’ll be watching for you in the news… best wishes on your bright future!

If you would like to work with me for your custom created senior portraits, let’s talk today!

I’m now booking class of 2020 sessions.
