Branding Session Confirmation
THANKS FOR BOOKING!
Thank you for booking your branding session! I look forward to meeting with you. We will have an amazing session! Let me know if anything should change, but otherwise I will plan on seeing you at your appointment time.
Before you actual session, if we haven’t already planned out our strategy for your photos, we need to do that. Let’s schedule a phone call or a Zoom call to make our plans. If you have a marketing team, feel free to include them on the call.
DATE + TIME:
Check your inbox or messages for a confirmation of the time and date that you booked.
If you don’t see anything, contact me right away.
LOCATION:
We will determine the location on our planning call.
As a default, come to the Stories Framed Photography Studio in Brookfield.
WHAT TO WEAR:
Assuming you would like some sitting photos or 3/4 length shots, or even full-length shots, wear a full wardrobe, down to the shoes.
In general, you'll want to dress for the best day on your job. In addition, these photos should express your style, personality and business-edge, so take that into consideration when choosing clothing.
Here are some basic suggestions to consider when preparing for your photos:
Solid clothing photographs better than patterns. If you prefer patterns, at least try to avoid horizontal stripes. (This rule does not apply to ties.)
While you don't have to be boring, traditional colors are better for headshots than bright, over-saturated colors.
Minimal jewelry (or none at all) allows the focus of the photograph to be on your face rather than your fashion sense.
Wear something you are comfortable in. If you feel really uncomfortable and stiff, the tension will show in your face.
If you wear makeup, apply it a little bit heavier for your photo shoot.
If you don't wear makeup, don't start now! :)
Clean your glasses.
Floss.

If you have any other questions, please reach out. I look forward to seeing you soon!
