I’ve had the joy of photographing this senior before, and seeing Brooke step into her final year of high school — with confidence, kindness, and style — was something truly special.

Let me introduce you to Brooke.

Ooh, and fun fact — she is the youngest of all three siblings to have a very special portrait hanging on the wall with their family dog, Luke. Keep reading to see them all!

Before I share Luke the dog’s closeup - or Brooke’s for that matter - you have GOT to see this flashback. Back in 2015 we did multi-generational family portraits. Look how cute little Brooke was!

FAVORITE SUBJECT
My favorite classes are art and biology. I love art class because it is fun to work on a project and be creative. I also love the material we cover in biology.

FAVORITE TEACHER
My favorite teacher would be my biology teacher. She is very nice, and I like hanging out in her room.

FAVORITE HS MEMORY
Prom night was super fun. Getting to dance and hang out with all my friends was amazing. Also, post-prom was great; we had go-karts!

I am in various clubs (Yearbook, Service, Creative Writing, Iota Kappa [an honors history society], art).

Scholastic Gold Key, Silver Key, and two Honorable Mentions for Writing for 11th grade.

FOR WORK…
I work at Michaels, the craft store. I mainly work as a cashier, but occasionally, I will also work on the floor.

ON A RANDOM SATURDAY I WOULD PROBABLY BE..
I will probably sleep in and then play video games in the morning. After lunch, I might bake something or go shopping, and before dinner, I'll likely spend some time outside with a book and my mom. Depending on the weather, I will have a fire with the family after dinner or play video games with my brother and Dad.
