I will never forget the day I met Savannah at her senior portrait consultation. She walked in, a sweet little thing, so quiet. She told me she wanted her senior portraits outdoors, with nature. She wanted to bring her violin. Aw, so wonderful.
Oh yeah, and she also wanted to wear her STEAMPUNK COSTUME.
Now that changes everything.

I’m convinced that Savannah started GLOWING once she changed into her steampunk gear. It was a silent change, yet SO loud. There’s a look of fierceness to her wearing that vintage leather and metal.
So here is a totally adorable story… Savannah often goes by the name Georgia. Why? Her grandfather. When she was born, her name (understandably) reminded him of Georgia. So that’s what he called her. And it stuck.
This winter Savannah volunteered to model for me to test out some backdrops. No steampunk this time, but oh MY. She gets prettier every day. And yes, I’m gonna go ahead and say that the backdrops worked just fine!
Congratulations on your graduation, Savannah! I can’t wait to see what you do next… go get em, girl!
