I grew up in a household with a mom who was an executive assistant and a grandfather who built computers - so I have been around tech my whole life. I was the go-to person to explain Excel at every company and learned through my work to improve processes using tech.
WHAT IS ONE THING PEOPLE think THEY KNOW ABOUT YOUR JOB?
People think that everything they need to learn about Microsoft 365 can be found on YouTube or LinkedIN... but really that doesn't show them how to apply those concepts to their work or to show an even better solution to their problem. That's what trainers do.
NAME ONE THING YOU WISH PEOPLE KNEW ABOUT YOUR JOB?
I wish people knew how much fun I have doing this work that I love.
WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT YOUR JOB?
I love giving that mind-blown ah-ha moment when people make the connection about how they can use their tech better.
