If you have a beautifully landscaped yard, why even bother with a public park located within a half mile of your home? Let’s use your backyard! And even your front yard! Heck, I know you have a side yard that has THE perfect little spot. Let’s go there, too!

It was time for Charlie’s senior portrait session and I couldn’t think of a better location to take his photos than a place that makes him feel - LITERALLY - right at home.

This decision can really make a big difference in the resulting photos. It may seem like a small detail with no relevance to the end product, but it is EVERYthing. Imagine being nervous and uncomfortable because the photographer (even if I AM charming and fun!) is holding up a giant camera in your face. Imagine how much better you would feel without a possible audience at a park. You can already feel it, can’t you?

This is what we arranged for Charlie, and it worked out perfectly.
