This is every high school senior right about now.

Heading down the road toward graduation, with a casual backwards glance, on the verge of waving goodbye.

What you don’t see in the photo is this kid’s (and every kid’s) mom, watching as this plays out.

Alright, I’ve GOT to pull it together. I’m not even a mom of a senior (yet) and I’m making myself get all sniffy.

Thank you, Joey, for having such a great outlook on life, being so much fun to hang out with and possessing such a wonderful, creative spirit.

This Kettle Moraine High School class of 2023 senior is truly a gem.
