They often confuse consulting with coaching. A consultant leaves a nice binder for you to do the implementation yourself. A coach help you problem solve and implement your solution.
Name one thing you WISH people knew about your job?
It's about helping small business owners win in the market place and build the business of their dreams. Everyone professional needs a coach and thought partner. The key is finding the right one.
