What is something people THINK they know about your job?
Most people think that once they've gotten to the closing, that's the last they'll hear from me. But...I connect with my clients a few times a year for "mortgage check-ups" to make sure that their current loan is meeting their needs and that they're in the best situation possible.
Name one thing you WISH people knew about your job?
My clients work all kinds of schedules, so "bankers hours" don't mean 9am to 4pm anymore. I often meet clients in the evenings and weekends.
Tell us a secret about your job.
You don't necessarily need a HIGH credit score or BIG down payment to buy a home anymore. For instance, an eligible veteran can purchase a home with no down payment with as little as a 580 FICO score.
