I wonder if some people might think I get to practice yoga all day long. :)
Name one thing you WISH people knew about your job?
I sit at a desk a lot and do lots of paperwork, emailing, scheduling, planning events, etc, etc, etc...
Tell us a secret about your job.
I work really hard at what I do, and I truly get "stressed out" about my job and owning my own business sometimes. I have good and bad days like everyone else has with their jobs. And, there are times when self-doubt and questioning come in more than I would like...but, I feel so blessed that this is what I get to do. I love my job and the Tosa Yoga community that I get to work with, and I wouldn't change it for anything.
What is the ONE book that you think I should read RIGHT NOW?
The Yamas & Niyamas: Exploring Yoga's Ethical Practice by Deborah Adele (We read this as part of our Yoga Teacher Training Program. It is life-changing!)
