Any small business looking to bring more customers through their doors!
What is something people THINK they know about your job?
Walking into many businesses, everyone thinks "Oh, great. Here comes another salesman." In reality, I'm here to serve as a marketing consultant for small business and while I do offer an effective advertising program, I'm happy to spend time with them to help them solve the variety of business problems they may be facing.
(And no, we don't sell floormats).
Name one thing you WISH people knew about your job?
Owning a small business like Welcomemat Services provides a lot of flexibility for me to be able to be more involved with my children and the community, and maybe sneak in a good workout or two when time permits. I enjoy taking a little time during the day helping in volunteer activities when I have not booked meetings with my clients or prospects. And as all of my clients know, I'm available 24/7 to take care of their needs.

Big corporations have had access to powerful data tools for years. Now those same tools and analytics are available to small businesses as well. It's a lot of fun to share them with owners so they can utilize their marketing dollars more effectively.
