Kettle Moraine High School

Kettle Moraine HS | congrats to the class of 2018 + Kyle Loose

Here's another great grad-to-be... let's all give a polite golf clap to Kyle Loose from Kettle Moraine High School's class of 2018.

We shot his senior portraits at one of my favorite locations.

We met at the nearby golf course and did a quick shoot just in time for:
1. the golf course to be empty
2. sunset
3. before the Friday night football game started

I'm not a golfer, but I can still appreciate the silence of an empty green, the hush of the open fields and the vastness and beauty of the rolling hills and carefully manicured landscaping. It's no wonder Kyle wanted to use this spot for his photos.

I wish Kyle all the success his future can possibly hold.

Happiness is a long walk with a putter.

Kettle Moraine HS Senior Portraits | class of 2018 | Sneak Peek for Chloe

Chloe and I met last week at her session. I had some insight on her from her parents and my questionnaire but she didn't know me at all. That could be nerve-wracking. (haha, yes, and once you know me, that could also be a little nerve-wracking!)

We were like two pieces of a puzzle. She and I clicked just like that! What an adorable girl! I can't wait to show her ALL of the results of her session. I'm POSITIVE she will be VERY HAPPY.

What? You want to see the Sneak Peek? Oh, ok....

Here is the beautiful, glowing CHLOE from Kettle Moraine High School's class of 2018.

Isn't she just a DOLL?

Thanks for a fun session, Chloe!

Did you wait till the very last minute for senior photos? Quietly and discreetly click here, I won't tell a soul.

Kettle Moraine HS Senior Portraits | class of 2018 | Sneak Peek for Kyle

What do you get when you take a beautiful golf course, add the glow of a golden sunset and mix it with a big school senior ready for his senior portraits?

You get a photographer's dream.

Here is Kyle, a sweet and mild-mannered kid from Kettle Moraine High School's class of 2018.

I can't wait to share the rest, this shot is truly a sneak peek.

Do you have a senior yearbook deadline looming in the near future? Is it as soon as October 6? Fill out the information below and we will chat. Surely, I can help you!

Kettle Moraine HS | class of 2017 sneak peek | Nick

This is very belated. I promised Nick a sneak peek of his session and then Labor Day weekend happened. I never realized quite how important the holiday actually was. I celebrated - clearly! -  by not laboring.*

No matter. Here is the charming senior from Kettle Moraine High School...Nick!

The tree he is leaning against is actually a very significant tree. Nay, nay, it's not your average, regular tree. It's the largest tree of its type** in the state of Wisconsin. Or the world. I can't quite remember which one it was that he said.

*It was bothering me that I didn't really know why we celebrate Labor Day. From the U.S. Department of Labor website:

"Labor Day, the first Monday in September, is a creation of the labor movement and is dedicated to the social and economic achievements of American workers. It constitutes a yearly national tribute to the contributions workers have made to the strength, prosperity, and well-being of our country."

It was passed as a bill by Congress in 1894. So there. Now you know.

**Yet another example of my ignorance about things found in nature and gardens. I have no idea what kind of tree that is. But she's a giant beauty!

Need some light entertainment while having your senior pictures taken? I would be glad to offer my services. I guarantee you will love your photos. The jokes you hear? Eh.

Kettle Moraine HS | class of 2017 senior portrait Sneak Peek for Morgan

Allow me to introduce the beautiful Morgan, of the proud members of the Kettle Moraine graduating class of 2017.

We met up in the Third Ward for her senior portrait session on a gorgeous day over a week ago. We had so much fun working together! And yes, I know, that may sound generic and bland but it's THE TRUTH. We finished her session and I actually felt like I could have kept going for two more hours.

Here is the overdue sneak peek at Morgan's senior portrait session...
